About the Role
A well-established and fast-growing accountancy firm in Leeds is looking for an experienced Audit Assistant Manager to join its dynamic team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a qualified auditor to take ownership of a diverse portfolio of clients across a variety of sectors.

The Role
- Planning, co-ordinating and completing audit assignments and accounts work
- Liasing with those responsible for the preparation of accounts, providing them with the information required where we are liaising with the client on their behalf
- Ensuring work is completed to meet external deadlines from client and regulatory authorities and internal deadlines
- Ensuring full completion of audit or account files for the Managers review is done in an appropriate timescale and within budget
- Identifying business issues relevant to the clients and ensuring those are brought to the attention of the appropriate Manager / Partner, or directly to the attention of the client
- Identifying the needs of clients and actively developing business opportunities
The Candidate
- ACA / ACCA qualified
- A Full UK Driving Licence
- Comfortable working in a fast paced environment
- A team player and willing to assist colleagues in the team where possible
- Able to prioritise workloads under strict deadlines and work well under pressure
- Able to use initiative and have great organisation / problem solving skills
