• ACCA Qualified with 13 years finance experience in business partnering & management accounts, bank compliance reporting, budgeting, VAT & tax compliance, production of statutory accounts and 18 months in a project management role.
• A hands-on manager, currently with 6 direct reports. Since joining her current employer has stabilised a previously high turnover team, provided opportunities and support for professional development and improved overall morale.
• Streamlined numerous processes to make them more efficient; this includes invoicing, clearing out old data from an old system and restructuring it so useful information can be derived from it.
• Executing tasks with minimal guidance from start to Exec review level, at times reducing Company’s risk exposure e.g., creating models to identify misreporting of transactions.
• Exceptionally strong communicator at all levels, used to working within varying sized businesses from global retailers to small service providers.
