We’re recruiting for a Private Equity backed business with ambitious growth plans across the UK and Europe. Finance sits at the heart of this journey, and they’re now seeking a Financial Controller to take ownership of the function at a pivotal stage.
This is a hands-on role that combines operational control with commercial influence. You’ll oversee day to day finance, but also partner closely with senior leadership to shape decisions, challenge assumptions, and provide the insight needed to drive performance.
The company has recently implemented Microsoft Business Central, so experience with this system – or its predecessor, Dynamics NAV (Navision) – is highly valued. Familiarity will allow you to add immediate impact and help embed best practice across the business.
