What counts as ‘Partnered Exclusively?

As long as we’re the sole recruitment agency handling the role—apart from your internal team and direct advertising—the process tends to run much smoother.

Without competing agencies tapping into the same candidate pool, we can focus on delivering a more streamlined experience. Fewer parties involved means less hassle for you, and with exclusivity, your role becomes a top priority for us.

When is this payment due?

Our payment terms are 14 days, with the invoice arriving on the candidate’s first day with your business.

For clients choosing our Priority Package, we require a £2,000 + VAT deposit at the start. This commitment guarantees that your vacancy receives priority over all others.

This deposit will be deducted from your final invoice.

What happens to our deposit if you don’t fill the role?

While it’s highly unlikely (we’ve successfully filled 100% of our exclusive roles since 2020), if we haven’t presented suitable candidates within three weeks of taking your brief, you are free from the exclusivity agreement and may choose to engage other agencies.

If we’re unable to fill your role, we will refund your deposit unless you prefer to apply it to another vacancy. A credit will be issued, and upon receipt of your bank details, your deposit will be returned in our next payment run, which will occur within 7 days.

This deposit represents the time and resources we commit to prioritising your role, which means we may miss out on other opportunities during this period. Therefore, if your business decides to cancel the role and there are no other vacancies to which you wish to transfer the deposit within three months, the deposit will become non-refundable.

Please opt for the Priority Package only if you have full sign off to recruit for this position.

What refund arrangements do I get?

Our refund schedule varies between 8 and 12 weeks, depending on the package you choose.

We’re proud to say that 98% of our placements are still with their companies after two years, so it’s unlikely you’ll need this—but just in case:

If your candidate leaves within the rebate period, the following refunds apply:

  • Week 1-2: 100% Refund
  • Week 3-4: 75% Refund
  • Week 5-6: 50% Refund
  • Week 7-8: 25% Refund

Partner Package 10 Week Rebate

  • Week 1-2: 100% Refund
  • Week 3-4: 80% Refund
  • Week 5-6: 60% Refund
  • Week 7-8: 40% Refund
  • Week 9-10: 20% Refund

Priority Package 12 Week Rebate

  • Week 1-3: 100% Refund
  • Week 4-6: 75% Refund
  • Week 7-9: 50% Refund
  • Week 10-12: 25% Refund
