- In their current role a team of 3 Payrollers, they process 9 Payrolls between them, this candidate being responsible for 3 Payrolls, x2 weekly and x1 monthly, with a total of about 340 staff, 80% inputted manually.
- Is a keen lover of project work and streamlining processes to keep things exciting and efficient; has said they would relish the opportunity to support on Payroll projects.
- Is seeking a role still within a Finance team where they can now remain for the foreseeable, with a progression from their current Assistant role, as they want/need to be pushed, such as Supervisor or Team leader, having lead members in past roles.
